Albach Family Update!

So I am really bad at this blogging thing and I have some family members who said that I need to post more so they can see what is going on with us! So here is an update from Orem, UT!

Dale is just entering finals on his third semester at Law School. We are two weeks away from being half way done! I am so proud of him and the ambition that he has to go into Criminal Law. I would never want to hear about all the things that he will have to. Dale also got an internship for 10 weeks in Mesa, AZ at the Mesa City Prosecutor's office. He will be over seen by attorney's but will actually be trying his own cases! He is so excited and cannot wait. The best part about this is we will be in AZ for 12 weeks this summer! I am so excited to see all of my family and friends for a big chunk of time. Although, I think it will make it that much harder to come back to Orem to finish out the last year of Law School.

I am doing good with my pregnancy and I am officially 30 weeks now. We had a scare about three weeks ago where I was bleeding and cramping. We went to the hospital and it took them about two and a half hours to get the contractions to stop. I now have to be more careful about what I do during the day and make sure that I rest as much as I can. This is easier said than done with a 14 month old who has so much energy and runs around all day. Thank goodness for the Ward and the Play Group that they have set up. Twice a week Coen can play and I don't feel bad about not being able to play with him.

I also just finished my first semester in my Medical Transcriptionist program and got a 4.0 for the first time in my life.  It was hard work but I now have the motivation to keep working hard and my goal now is to have a 4.0 at the end of May 2013 when I graduate.

Coen is now 14 months old and is getting taller everyday. He can now reach the counter and we have to be careful about where we put things. He makes me nervous when the stove is on. I am going to have to by a guard to put up so he won't burn himself.  He also can climb on the couches with no problem. We call him our little monkey. We had to get a new crib that had a lower middle so he couldn't climb out of it. Now we have two cribs set up and I am slowly getting the room ready for Adylee. It will be so crazy to have two children so close together.

Adylee is getting bigger everyday and I swear is trying to bust out of me. At the doctor this past week he told me that she is already head down and really low. They are hoping that I make it to January. I hope so too. They told me to just be ready to go if I start labor. I hope that she decides to stay in there at least until 36 weeks. She just is so eager to join her family I guess. But she is growing really well and she is a strong little one. I cannot wait to meet her and hold my baby girl. We are working with Coen to say Addie and so far we have him saying Ada. So she needs to stay in there until we have that down.

I cannot believe that it is now the last day in November and we will be in AZ in two weeks! This is the longest that we have been away from home at one time. Eight months might not seem like that much time, but I have missed AZ very much. I miss being able to see our families and I miss the heat! I am not built for the cold or Utah. As good as Utah has been to us I will be very excited when we are able to drive home and see everyone for Christmas.

I hope that this was a good update and I will try harder to keep you all posted on us more. I know that I won't write before Christmas so Merry Christmas to you all and I hope that you will be surrounded by family, friends, and good food!

Coen's First Birthday

Well it is offical, Coen is 1! I cannot believe how time has flown and that a year ago I was holding my baby boy in my arms for the first time and all I could say was, "Hi Baby". This past year has been full of landmarks and milestones and I am very happy to say that I was there for all of it. I feel so blessed that I am able to stay home and do my schooling online so I can be here with Coen as he takes each new step in life. I love being a mommy!

Here are some pictures from his first birthday. It was football themed and we all had a lot of fun! I am so happy that my parents were able to be there for it. It was really special to have them there for the birth of Coen and I am so happy they were able to make it for his first birthday!

We all had such a great time and cannot wait for the years to come and what adventures they will bring!

Time Flies!

I can’t believe how time flies. We have been crazy busy since the time I posted. Here is the update!

Dale did an internship in West Jordan working for a judge and going to court every day. To say the least he loved every minute of it. Dale has now decided that he is going to go into criminal law and wants to be a prosecutor. He will probably start off working in a defense attorney’s law firm to get his feet wet, and then get in with the state. We are really hoping for an internship in Arizona next summer. That way we can spend the whole summer with both of our families.

I am not sure how many of you have heard, but I am currently pregnant again. It was not the most planned thing in the world and we probably jumped the gun a little bit, but we are very excited for the baby girl we will add to our family in January 2012. I am very nervous to have a little girl because I know that she is going to be just like me and I will be in huge trouble!!!! But we are excited and can’t wait to meet our little Adylee Ann. I have also started doing a medical transcription program online and should be done with it about the same time Dale is done with law school. It is a hard program and I am working hard to complete it.

Coen is great! He will be one year on the 5th of October! I can’t believe how fast the last year has gone. He is not a baby anymore. He is full on walking and he is starting to talk as well. I love being with him every day and watching him grows. Being a mother is a great job and I am so lucky I get to stay home with him. He is going to be a great big brother.

Here are some pictures!

Month 5

I can't believe how time has flown. I am so behind on this blog but here is a good updatew of everything that has been going on.

Coen is now 5 months old! It is so crazy how much he has grown. He is now in the 99% for his height and weight! He is 20 pounds and 27 inches. He is really becoming a little man. He is now sitting, standing with support, rolling over, and eating gerber foods. He loves them. I love to play with him all day. He also got his first tooth this week. It was very exciting, well at least for me. I am sure he is not having fun with it. He is the light of our lives and we are loving having our little family and watching it grow.

Here are some picture of Coen.
Dale is really busy with Law School over at BYU. He always has some big project and stays very busy. But he always finds time to play with Coen and spend time with his family. I am very grateful that he is not like most of my friends husbands and never comes home. Dale goes to school gets all of his work done and then comes home to us everyday. He is working very hard and we are getting excited that the first year is only weeks from ending. Dale has an intership this summer with a judge in South Jordan. We are so happy that he got that. It will be great experiance for him.

I am currently going to school online, working at Red Lobster as a server, and raising my family. I am not sure where I find the time most days but I love being able to say that I am busy. I love working at Red Lobster with peple agian. I have really missed hairstyling and I am glad that I am back in a Service Industry. I have also got a new calling working with the 8-11 year old girls in our ward in Activity Days. I love my partner and love the girls. This is such a fun age and we really enjoy our time together.

We did move to a basement apartment in Orem. We now live under Dale's Uncle and Aunt. As much as we loved our ward in Provo and living on campus, We really do love being away from all of the students. I love it in Orem.

We hope all is well with everyone. We miss Arizona most days and cannot wait to be back in the heat. These winters are not for us.
